Once I was taking the lift with a middle-aged woman and her daughter....

That woman kept whining that 'The cleaners are so stupid. Must wash the floors of this block with water is it? Now everything is so wet!!!'

At which point I got so pissed that I just snapped at her: 'Auntie.... the cleaners need to wash the floor at SOME point in time, right?!?!'

She then rambled all sorts of stuff at me.... I just grinned at her and left.
